Advanced users only. Wear OS can’t install an APK by tapping it — you sideload over ADB wireless debugging. Most people only need the phone app.

Sideload to the watch

  1. 1On the watch: Settings → Developer options → enable Wireless debugging, then Pair new device.
  2. 2On your computer: adb pair <watch-ip>:<pair-port> and enter the code.
  3. 3Connect with adb connect <watch-ip>:<debug-port>.
  4. 4Install: adb install -r LotHours-Wear-1.0.0.apk.
